Walking, cycling, picnicking, swimming or fishing in the dam, a 9-hole golf course nearby – you will struggle to do it all!  Otherwise, simply listen to the birds, take photographs, paint, lie on the spacious lawns with your eyes closed, read the books you have piled on your bedside table ... decide when you get here!

A Working Farm ... Overstone, as a working sugar-cane farm with all the associated activities, may be of interest to visitors, while the resident herd of traditional Nguni cattle brings colour to the rugged krantzes. Those who visit at cane harvest time can join in the thrill of watching spectacular fires in the cane fields, under strict supervision of course! Horses and chickens complete the farmyard picture, whilst a variety of small game species and bird life are prolific. Children will enjoy the spacious, free and easy surroundings, where they can roam and play in complete safety. Walkers are well catered for, and scenic tractor rides can be arranged on request, for a new experience.
